Cozy vacation home with a sauna in Neßmersiel, just 1 minute from the indoor playground

We are renting out our lovingly furnished vacation home with a sauna and small garden in Neßmersiel: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a crib, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 double bed in the attic. These rooms are equipped with window screens. Thanks to the underfloor heating on the first floor, the house is very cozy even in winter. One of the garden sheds houses the sauna and the clothes dryer, while another provides convenient storage for bicycles.

Our smoke-free home is allergy-friendly, featuring high-quality vinyl flooring in the bedrooms and high-quality tile flooring in the living area. A stair gate to protect small children is available and can be installed if needed.

Pets are not allowed.

We do not provide bed linens or towels in our home. You are welcome to bring your own. The comforters in the home are standard size, 135 x 200 cm. The pillows measure 80 x 80 cm. The mattresses in the bedrooms measure 80 x 200 cm; the bed in the attic measures 140 x 200 cm. For an additional fee, you can also book a linens package per person (currently €22 per person). You’ll then find freshly made beds upon your arrival. Please feel free to contact us if needed.

PLEASE NOTE! Starting at Easter 2026, the new municipal indoor playground “Anderswelt” will be within walking distance of our vacation home. Admission is free for our guests. The charging stations for electric vehicles are also located here.
