About this house rental
The Nordseerobbe vacation home offers everything you need for a comfortable and carefree vacation. Extensive renovation and modernization work was carried out in February 2026. The bathroom and guest restroom were renovated, and the furniture in the living area was replaced.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
A new, modern kitchen with an induction cooktop was also installed.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as new appliances such as a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
There is an ample supply of dishes and kitchenware, making self-catering a relaxing experience.
The living-dining area is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The furniture, including a seating area and a couch in the living area, invites you to relax and unwind.
The dining area in the light-filled bay window is perfect for sharing meals and spending time together. A high chair is available.
There is an additional guest restroom on the first floor.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm), a dresser, a 3-door closet, and a crib.
The second, brightly furnished bedroom/children’s room features two single beds (90x200 cm), a dresser, and a closet, as well as a cozy seating and play area in the bright bay window.
In addition, the converted, open-concept attic offers two sleeping areas with twin beds (100x200 cm).
The bathroom, equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and mirrored cabinet (including a hair dryer), also features a washing machine.
The glass-enclosed terrace has an awning for shade and a table with chairs to enjoy time outdoors.
Children can play freely and safely in the fenced-in, well-landscaped garden.
A parking space is located right next to the house.
Towels and bed linens can be reserved through our property manager for a fee.
Final cleaning and the visitor’s tax are collected by our on-site management upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
Playgrounds, bike rentals, shopping, and various restaurants are all within walking distance. You can store your bicycles, strollers, etc., in the garden shed.
The ANDERSWELT recreation center is a 2-minute walk away. The Nessmersiel beach and harbor are a 15-minute walk away or a 5-minute drive by car.
Our management office is available to assist you during your stay and answer any questions you may have.
Many attractions, other towns, and recreational facilities are nearby and easily accessible.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Doppelhaushälfte war gut ausgestattet, Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ( kleiner, recht gut sortierter Edeka incl. Bäcker) sind zu Fuß in ca drei Minuten zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dorthin liegt ein beliebter Kinderspielplatz.
Das Haus wird wohl noch eine neue Küche bekommen, wie man uns mitteilte.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort waren vorbildlich!

Grds. ist in diesem Haus alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Jedoch ist das ein oder andere etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. Im Inserat der „Hausordnung“ stand drin, dass Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind. Darauf hatten wir uns verlassen. Beim Betreten der Wohnung erkannte man jedoch schnell, dass sehr wohl Tiere in der Wohnung erlaubt sind. Es stand ein Hundekorb und auch ein Fressnapf zur Verfügung. Beim genaueren lesen des Inserates stand irgendwo, dass Tiere auf Anfrage erlaubt seien.
Die Sauberkeit hätte für die zu zahlende Endreinigung auf jeden Fall besser sein müssen. Die Lage des Objektes ist wie beschrieben in einer sehr ruhig gelegenen Straße und Bäcker sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fussläufig schnell zu erreichen.
