The garden was nice for children and seats out side.
-The description of the service very small. Owner have to highlight separately that there are no towels and bed linen and blankets and few dishes and no toilet paper.
-The place have only one parking place and this place very difficult for parking because near a hight traffic road.
- Owner have to give for customers prices for additional service before book.
- You have to prepare payment for last cleaning service 40 EUR. I dont no how is working, but we don't pay it because we stay just one night.

Blankets will not be present in the APARTMENT, to guarantee maximum hygiene according to our protocols.
By advance booking, we can provide blankets with extra charge of Euro 5,00 per blanket
There isn’t any heating in the apartment.
EARLY CHECK IN: Upon booking you can ask for the early check-in service and you can retire your keys at 12.00. Extra service charge of Euro 40,00-- and subject to availability.
LATE CHECK OUT: With late check-out service you can return the keys of the apartment at 12.00, ask for it upon booking. Extra service charge of Euro 40,00-- and subject to availability.
EXTRA SERVICE: Extra Service. Upon request we can provide by an agreement company the rent of:

Super Lage, wenn man nicht mitten im Trubel Urlaub machen möchte und dennoch alles fußläufig zu erreichen.Die Einrichtun
Die Lage etwas außerhalb der belebten Einkaufsstraße aber dennoch so zentral, um alles füßläufig zu erreichen, ist super. Eigener verschlossener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Umzäunter Garten, geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund.
Das Mobiliar, wie Betten, Schränke, Stühle und die Küche sind extrem alt und entspannend mehr als abgewohnt. Vieles ist kaputt. Türklinkenblenden sind gebrochen, man hat Sorge, dass noch mehr kaputt geht. Jede Tür hat einen separaten Schlüssel. Man bekommt einen riesigen, unbeschrifteten Schlüsselbund und muss sich ausprobieren. Die Eigentümer täten gut daran mal etwas Geld in die Ausstattung zu investieren.

Delusione totale
Unica cosa era il giardino grande.
Terribilmente sporco era. Materasso assolutamente scomodo. Le porte non si chiudevano bene. Corrente continuava saltare. L'aria condizionata a pezzi, non funzionava con telecomando ma dovevamo salire con la scala accendere manualmente. La doccia semplicemente scifo. La rosa della doccia non stava al suo posto. Le porte della doccia non si chiudeva... acqua ovunque. Armadi puzzavano di odoraccio vecchio. Infatti i vestiti non abbiamo potuto mettere dentro quindi durante il soggiorno abbiamo lasciato nelle valigie tutto. La tovagliola sul tavolo era attaccato sotto era sporchissimo. Le tende e cuscini forse hanno visto lavatrice 20 anni fa. Divano nel salotto era inusabile. Mancava che si chiude come una armonica. Purtroppo per noi questo alloggio era un totale delusione.
