Großer Balkon. 2 Aufzüge vorhanden. Der Strandplatz ist im Preis inkludiert.

Klimagerät hat nicht gekühlt und die ist in der Küche positioniert. Was kaum zum Schlafzimmer reicht. In der Dusche musste man das Wasser selber regulieren, was manchmal sehr heiß oder sehr kalt war. Keine Netze beim Fenster vorhanden. So sind viele Mücken rein geflogen.
