Near the sea. A beach place is provided for free. Fully equipped kitchen. Own parking.

Not very clean. No reception on site. !!! Not related to the apartment - the supermarkets nearby are extremely expensive (if it is possible, drive to big net ones (not far away).

Good

Parking under appartman. It was really good and it was under the roof so the sun wasn' t so strong. Good position. Near the restaurant and ice cream. Near the see. In the packet was also a parking place and the place on the beach.

Appartment without internet. The pool was really cold. We couldn't swim there. There were no bedclothes and towels in the price. We needed to clean it perfectly ourselves in the end of our trip.

Pleasant family holiday

The apartment has a great location with air conditioning in 3 rooms. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed beachvolleayball and animation program. Big advantage was the parasol and sunbed included in the price. The communication with the agency was very good.

The neighbours were too loud and the water in the pool was last day too much chlorinated, so our eyes hurt. We accidantely locked the balcony door from outside and could not get in at 11 pm. After calling emergency number the agency sent us within 30 minutes a technician to help us.

Great location with stinky bathroom :-/

Great location, the sea was round the corner, also very nice gelato and restaurant were 1 minute walk. Beds were quite comfortable, personnel at the agency was nice, also we really appreciated that umbrella and chairs were included in the price of the apartment. The area is not so busy, it’s rather calm compared to the centre of Bibione, for somebody it might be even boring location, we have a baby so we appreciated it a lot.

First of all we didn’t like the bad smell, which hit us from the very first second we entered the apartment. It was coming from the bathroom during the whole stay, not even open window was helping, it was coming from the sink or whatever. There were little flies staying in the shower, we always erased them, but there were still new coming. Besides bad smell and flies, the apartment was not that clean in general, especially handles on the kitchen cupboards were dirty, sticky, doors on cupboards were also a bit disgusting. There were hair on the floor, etc. Maybe somebody wouldn’t mind, however, we came with a crawling baby so I did mind a dirty floor. Would be nice if the apartment provide a big broom with a long handle there was only a little one.

Very good

It was very near to the coast, clean and the beds are so confortable. From our room, we had pretty sea wiew. We loved had breakfast at the balcony with this wiew. A room was silent. The coast is awesome, slowly get deep.

The arrival day, you can get the keys from 11 am, but the end of the cleaning in the appartman is just at 5 pm. Before the end of the cleaning you can put in your luggages to the appartman (if you want), but can't lay down for a nap with kids. When we booked, we got just that information, about the keys, and nothing about the cleaning time, so it was a big suprise, after a 7 hours long road trip at night with 2 little children. The shopping and the restaurants are a little bit expensive.

Schöner Urlaub mit ein Paar kleinen Abstrichen.

Die Lage ist perfekt. 3 Minuten zum Strand. Der Pool war immer gepflegt und wurde gereinigt. Die Parkplätze für die Autos sind groß. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gibt es Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés, Eisdielen. Die Umgebung ist etwas ruhiger. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Man hat auf alles recht schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren inklusive. Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung sauber. Geschirr gibt es auch genug. Zum Zentrum von Bibione ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Geparkt haben wir am Luna Park. Wir sind sehr früh abgereist und konnten die Schlüssel bei der Agentur einfach in den Briefkasten werfen. Das ist ein guter Pluspunkt.

Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Das Bett und die Kissen sehr hart. Der Pool war sehr kalt, aber ich glaube das ist normal. Die Glasfronten der Schränke in denen das Geschirr steht, waren total verschmiert. Genauso der Dunstabzug. Wir haben beides erstmal geputzt. Der Rest der Wohnung war sauber.

Also für 6 Personen ist die Apartment war zu klein !!!! Badezimmer ist leider sehr alt ! Heiße Wasser reicht nur für 2 Personen Rest muss 1 Stunde warten !!!! Ansonsten alles gut

Приємні апартаменти поруч з пляжем.

Близько до моря. Басейн на території. Безкоштовний лежак на пляжі на весь час перебування («гнучкий тариф» будь яке вільне місце). Поруч багато кафе та магазинів. Також є багато самокатів, що дуже полегшало пересування містом. Дівчата з агенції дали запрошення на захід де пригощали пастою та вином ( за внесок у туристичний збір). Також у них є пропозиції щодо екскурсій та подорожей.

Ключі для заселення треба забирати власноруч ( від локації 25 хвилин пішки), що не зручно, особливо, коли у вас пізнє заселення, через пізній рейс (таксі в місті дуже мало і після десятої години вечора їм не додзвонитись), але дякую персоналу, що прислали до нас водія, коли ситуація цього дуже потребувала. Апартаменти не достатньо чисті, постіль не застелена, тому що, діє така умова: «або ви платите 50€, або прибираєте самі».;) Пральна машина платна і також знаходиться в 25 хвилинах від локації.

Super pro rodiny s dětmi, dvě ložnice, v každé ložnici i obýváku klimatizace.

snídaně jsme si dělali sami, restaurace a pizzerie na každém kroku.

Trochu dále do města, ale zvládli jsme to. K moři blízko a zdarma jeden slunečník a dva lehátka na pláži.

Il fato che è stato vicinissimo al mare e il parcheggio per la macchina è stato coperto.

Il problema è che il materasso del letto è troppo rigido e puzzava di polvere e mufa da per tutto.

Super Lage. Schlechte managen

Appartement war nicht richtig sauber gemacht worden und nachdem wir die Agentur angerufen haben kamen 3 Damen und haben nochmals sauber gemacht um 18 Uhr. Erste Tag war alles anders als entspannt. Ein der Kinderbetten war fast kaputt, hier kam der Hausmeister auch um 19 Uhr. Nach Beschwerden wurden zwar die Probleme beseitigt aber kein Entschuldigung.

Die Sauberkeit. Die Bette nicht bezogen Kein Klopapier, keine Seife ( musste erst einkaufen gehen) Die Wände waren zu dünn und man hat die Nachbarn bei Konversation gehört.

Matrace na posteliach celé zle naozaj, nepovažujeme sa za náročných preto pri čítaní recenzií na zle matrace som tomu nepripisovala veľkú váhu, ale teda boli naozaj hrozné

Sehr anstrengend aber zum Glück ein Bungalow danach bekommen das super

Es ist nah am Meer. Der Pool war super leider ein bisschen zu kalt, aber da kann man hinwegsehen.

Die Klimaanlage hat im Apartment 27 nicht funktioniert auch nach der Reparatur vom Hausmeister nicht. Wir haben uns eineinhalb Tage gequält mit einem eineinhalb jährigen Kind und mit zwei 70-jährigen Eltern. Über den Parkplatz von dem Apartment brauch ich erst gar nicht reden. Man hätte immer jemanden fragen müssen, rauszufahren, damit man selber rauskommt. Fotografiert wurden für die Seite die neu renovierten Wohnungen.

Positiv ist der Pool und das alles was man sonst noch so braucht fußläufig erreichbar ist. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein. Man kann den Schrank nicht öffnen weil die Schranktüren am Bett anstoßen. Um das Bett herum sind ca. 10 cm Platz zum gehen. Und im ganzen Appartment ist ein furchtbar modriger Geruch, auch in den Schränken riecht es komisch. Leider entsprechen die Fotos auf der Internetseite so gar nicht dem was einen tatsächlich erwartet.
