I wish I could be there again :)

Great place! around the aparthotel you will see the pine forest, very close to the beach about 300 meters, quite big taras :) Dogs are very welcome - it means a lot for me :)

Probably the cooker in the apartment was broken but we didn't use it and we didn't report this to the apartment administration

Furnitures especially beds should be refurbished. Shower was extreme hot - most probably because of the built in boiler.

Greeat place for great price

Perfect location, great pool facility and available BBQ infrastructure. Beach is 6-7 mins walk just as the supermarket. During evening and night no street noise. Terrace fits for parents and 4 kids. Huge garden a playground, safe place for kids to play alone.

Toilette was noisy and self flushed every 30 mins. Pine trees are above the parking slots causing resin spots on the car. Below average furniture and kitchen equipment, it worth taking your own knife, wine glass, pan - if needed.

Schöne Aussicht, ruhige Lage, super mit Hund, man darf keinen Luxus erwarten

Ruhige Lage, perfekt mit Hund

Die Bettwäsche erhält man total lieblos in einem Plastiksack. Als erstes muss man selber die Betten beziehen. Aus den oberen Stockwerken fällt d. Dreck auf den Balkon runter. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Blízko pláže, kuchyňa, parkovacie miesto v cene, 2x lehátka v cene (inak 20€ na deň), pekné prostredie, klimatizácia

Takmer žiadne skrine na vloženie oblečenia, mierne opotrebovaný nábytok, v kuchyni chýbalo pár vecí, oheň funguje na plyn - nám došiel tak sme čakali na výmenu bomby

Alapvetően apartman szintén jó volt, ráférne egy-két dolog fejlesztése.

Ár érték arányban jó, a szobák elrendezése is klassz, kényelmesen elfértünk két kisgyerekkel is. Szuper a tetőn a napozóterasz. Alapvetően tiszta volt. Imádtam, hogy 2p alatt a parton lehet lenni. És van saját napozóágyas partszakasz.

A kinti medence víze lehetne melegebb. A zuhanyfüggönyre ráférnne egy csere. Nem volt takaró huzat, csak egy lepedő takaró gyanánt. A hűtőt egy-két órával a vendégek érkezése előtt be lehetne kapcsolni. Legalább szemeteszsák lehetne bekészítve.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, pogoda, klimat

Lokal był w średnim stanie i nie został w pełni przygotowany na nasz przyjazd mimo deklarowanej godziny gotowości., brak mydła czy odpowiedniej ilość papieru toaletowego. Nie było czajnika ani innych sprzętów do utrzymania porządku. Suszarka do prania uszkodzona. Brak precyzyjnej informacji dotyczącej serwisu plażowego to znaczy otrzymaliśmy voucher na którym nie było wiadomo ile jest nam przypisanych leżaków i parasoli co również było zaskoczeniem. Powinien być również informacja dotycząca parkowania pojazdów na miejscu ponieważ Appartamenti Oasi posiada dwa place parkingowe a większość wczasowiczów stara się zaparkować tuż pod klatką co generuje Chaos. Kolejnym minusem parkingu jest brak osłony od spadających igieł z sosnowych drzew oraz kapie żywica na auta (inne appartamenti posiadają zadaszenia osłony aut).

Celkovo sme boli spokojný a myslím že prídeme an budúci rok.

Ubytovanie bolo naozaj blízko mora čo je perfektné. Výťah - klíma- a relatívne kľud .

Hmm nemám žiadne výhrady mohla by byt lepšia kúpeľňa konkrétne sprcha a väčší poriadok …. Ale inak ok.

Schöner Urlaub mit Familie in traumhafter Lager

Gefallen hat uns die freundliche Begrüßung und der gute Service in der Agentur. Alles wurde gut erklärt und wir erhielten 2 Schlüssel für 5 Personen. Das war perfekt. ACHTUNG: Ihr erhaltet die Schlüssel NICHT im OASI direkt, ihr müsst zur Agenzia Lina fahren. Die Adresse erhaltet ihr, wenn ihr hier über Booking mal über die Nachrichtenfunktion dem Anbieter schreibt. Uns haben bestimmt 10 Leute die Tage im Oasi angesprochen, wie sie in ihr Zimmer kommen. Wir hatten ein 6 Personen Appartement im 5. Stock und waren so genau über den Baumkronen. Daher hatten wir schönes Tageslicht. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles da. Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe usw. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Beide Schlafzimmer hatten bei uns Zugang zum Bad. Das war sehr praktisch. Es gibt im Haus 2 Aufzüge, die relativ schmal sind. Aber 3 Personen finden Platz. Der Pool wurde morgens immer gereinigt. Man ist sehr nah zum Strand, erhält in der Agentur einen Voucher für 1 kostenlosen Schirm und 2 Liegen am Bibione beach für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Preise vor Ort nämlich 25 Euro pro Tag . Ihr könnt kostenlos liegen. Erstes Set Handtücher und Bettwäsche auch inklusive. Das ist nicht überall so in Italien. Der Weg zum Strand und zum Supermarkt und Restaurant waren in jede Richtung nur 5 Minuten. Ich finde die gesamte Anlage für Familien wunderbar. Auch mit Hund ist es perfekt, denn es liegt genau gegenüber einem Pinienwald der wunderbaren Schatten für Hunde bietet und wo man schöne Gassirunden gehen kann. Am Strand ist der Hund aber nicht gern gesehen, der Hundesttrand ist 5 km weg am anderen Ende von Bibione. Wer das braucht. Weil unser Hund Angst vorm Wasser hat, ist es für uns überhaupt kein Problem gewesen.

Am Klo steht ein gelber verwaschener Aufkleber: Wenn man elektrische Geräte einsteckt, dann Boiler ausschalten. Das liest man aber erst wenn es schon die Sicherung rausgehauen hat. Das sollte als großes Warnschild direkt auf den Tisch gelegt werden. Also wenn ihr einen Fön in die Dose steckt, dann macht den Boiler aus. Es gibt sonst einen Kurzen und die Sicherung haut es raus. Dann gibt es unfähr 1 Minute einen lauten schrillen Alarm und dann ist wieder gut. Den Fehler haben in der Anlage alle Urlauber gemacht, denn überall war dieser Alarm mal hier mal da zu hören. :-) Bitte nehmt Italien Adapter mit. Es gab im Appartement nur 2 Steckdosen wo unsere deutschen Stecker passten. Oder ihr nehmt eine Mehrfachsteckdose mit. Für Handys laden haut es die Sicherung nicht raus. Aber bei stärkeren Geräten wie Fön oder Sandwichmaker haut es das raus, wenn ihr den Boiler im Bad nicht ausgemacht habt. Wenn man es einmal weiß kann man gut damit leben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
