Good location but very poor condition

The location is perfect

The floor was not clean at all. Sheets are extra fee. They didn’t answer to my mssgs. Walls are thin everything is hear through. The flat is in ground floor, no sunlight entering at all. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable. In one room the closet was super smelly.

Due to extreme weather condition and missing a/c was the apartment not suitable for comfortable holiday. Our family appreciates Europa agency prepared another apartment with working a/c and we could enjoy great holiday in bibione.

Location,which is near the beach

The pictures from the booking site is not the same with the property.When we arrived they give as another smaller apartment.The apartment was with 3 beds even if we paid an apartment for 4 persons.And we did not get the apartment that we saw and pay.

Aproape de plaja, un apartament modest

Locatia foarte aproape de mare, padurea umbroasa perfecta la trecerea spre mare. Personalul amabil sa caute solutii, au trimis pe cineva sa repare toate defectiunile, au tinut cont de disponibilitatea noastra. Mobilier tip ikea in dormitorul mare, vesela curata la bucatarie. Plaja linistita, f fain curatata zilnic, dusuri cu apa placuta, incalzita de la soare. In pretul apartmentului am beneficiat de umbrela cu sezlong si scaun si pt o differenta modica am facut upgrade si am putut lua 2 sezlonguri intr-o zona potrivita pt noi, cu locuri de joaca, fiind cu copil de 3 ani jum.

Lipsa masina de spalat, multiple defectiuni in apartament (usa la balcon nu se inchidea bine, lumina din sufragerie era f slaba, hota nu functiona, lumina in frigider nu functiona, un scaun defect), pe jos mizerie, matura super plina de par si praf. Apartamentul nu era ca in poze, in camera mica unul din paturi era sub un dulap etajat, nu te puteai ridica fara sa te lovesti la cap si a tb sa mutam paturile pentru ca parintii sa poata dormi comfortabil. Serile destul de multa agitatie in zona, galagie, pentru cei mai sensibili recomand dopurile de urechi. Pentru cumparaturi de mers cu masina cam 5-6 km pana la primul centru comercial.

Bello, tranquillo e semplice! Ma allo stesso tempo divertente e spassoso!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione tra mare e pineta, era una zona tranquilla e pratica. L’appartamento era attrezzato con tutto l’essenziale.

Ciò che non ci è piaciuto è stata la disattenzione nella pulizia del divano, che abbiamo trovato con una grande macchia di urina degli ospiti precedenti. D’altra parte però l’agenzia si è applicata tempestivamente a far venire le donne delle pulizie che in pochissimo tempo sono arrivate e hanno cambiato i copri divani.

Da rivedere l'appartamento all'interno,avrebbe bisogno di una svecchiata,una pulizia più accurata,materassi e cuscini più confortevoli
