Bibione Mastervillage ruined our vacation.

The building was new, modern, and well appointed. The unit had a washing machine and a drying rack, and 2 balconies. Overall, the property itself was nice. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores.

We were very disappointed with the management company, Agenzia Marina. We had no internet, and we weren't able to use the cooking appliances. They charged us for internet when we checked in and provided login information, and we were not able to login. We called them within an hour of arriving for assistance and they advised that we needed to go outdoors to login (?!). So we tried that, and it still didn't work. Also, the unit has a power conservation system, and the appliances are unusable. The cook top would turn on for a few minutes, and then turn off automatically. The same would happen for the microwave. We had a local Italian relative call the office of Agenzia Marina to complain so that there was no language issue, and they advised that we don't know how to use the appliances. I'm in my mid-forties, I know how to use an induction cook top. On the 4th day we went to the office to complain about the internet and the appliances, and they told us that they would send someone over right away to get it taken care of. There was no follow up, no one showed up, and there was no call back. While we were at the office, another customer mentioned to me that she didn't have internet either, and the employee (Alessandra) told her to wait her turn, and not to talk to me about her complaints. She was very rude. Our family stayed at a different property across the street, and they had very good internet access, so we know that the service is available. We couldn't cook for our family, and we couldn't use the internet to communicate with family and work remotely or download entertainment. This ruined our vacation. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at any location managed by Agenzia Marina, and recommend that Booking.com rescind their business with Agenzia Marina until this issue is investigated and resolved.

Proximity to the beach.

The staff at the agency were horrible. They don't care about customer service. We spent 7 days at the apartment and had to travel to the agency 5 of those days to follow up on issues with the apartment. The way the staff treated us was horrible, especially Alexandra. She didn't care about our comfort. She didn't follow up and wasn't interested in making sure issues with the apartment were addressed. We had young kids and no air conditioning for 3 days. In the end and after much discussions, they refused to provide any discount. I will never visit this agency again.

3 éve visszajárunk. Közel a part, szállás nagyon jó!

Eddig ez az apartman volt a legroszabb műszaki állapotban a 3 év alatt, fenti klíma büdös, fenti fürdőben folyik a viz mindenhonnan, fenti wc mozog, világítás nem mindenhol működik, redőnyök vagy elindulnak vagy nem. Terasz előtti kerítés törött, rozsdás csavarok állnak ki, balesetveszélyes! Takarítás +70 euro és kosz volt az összes ágy alatt. Ruhaszárító kritikán aluli, nagy százalékban inkább rozsdás.

Az Agenzia Marina a legbunkobb rmberekett alkalmazza! Csatolok pàr képet a helyröl milyen volt és amikor hivtam öket ràmtették a telefont! Se wc papir se egy seprü se egy felmosò Poharakat tàlakat ugy vettünk fozni Minden àllott dohos penész szagù volt Sajnos 4 képnél többet nem tudok csatolni

Nem ajánlom senkinek a rejtett költségek miatt.

Az tenger közelsége.

Olyan költségeket is felszámoltak ami nem volt feltüntetve a foglaláskor. A wifi 1,5 euró/ készülék és kb 2mb/s,nem ez van a honlapon. Külön takarítási díjat számoltak fel, 70 eurót annak ellenére, hogy a szállás egyes részei koszosak voltak( pl. hűtő koszos és büdös, kávéfőző penészes, mosogstó büdös). 7fős szállást hirdetnek de a felszereltség 6 főre is kevés. Nincs wc papír, szappan, takaró csak 5db, takarító eszközök ( seprűt vennünk kelllett). Teregetőt a szomszédtól kértük kölcsön. Vásárolni kellett tisztító szereket, és takarítani, hogy elviselhető legyen a szállás. Térdig érő gaz az egész szállás körűl. Sok a rejtett költség. Nem ajánlom.

Sehr nah am Strand aber überteuerte Apartment.

Das er sehr nahe an Strand liegt.

Sieht sehr neu aus ! Elektrik in Apartment hat ja nicht so richtig funktioniert , Klima hat es nicht richtig funktioniert, Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Boiler ist immer wieder ausgegangen..Herd funktioniert nur 1 Auge richtig, Kuhl Gefrier war mit Schimmel voll , Dunzabzughaube war verrostet.
