Comfy beds, clean big house enough to accommodate all 6 of us. Welcoming host. Waking up to beautiful scenery all around and singing from crickets from the olive trees. Very close to the beach, 9min drive to the city center. Happy, full of life people in markaska. I fell in love with this town

The property is in a peaceful area which is nice as makarska is very busy. It has lots of space with 5 double beds, lots of storage, 4 toilet and shower rooms. There are several balconies with amazing sea views and Mountain View’s all round. Kitchen is downstairs and has cooker, toaster, fridge/freezer. The pool is a great asset. There is a restaurant nearby within walking distance, open in the evening and some very lovely walks around if you are fit!
The hosts are very accessible and friendly.
The location has positive and negative. It is such a quiet location with amazing views but without a car it is hard to get food shopping as it is a steep hill and you need a taxi to the supermarket as no bus. You could walk to the beach if you are very fit but would need taxi back.
Very small feedback back for improvements would be a couple of cooking trays for inside the oven. Floor mats for bathrooms for wet feet.
