About this villa rental
Villa View is luxury villa with a heated pool at the foot of the mountain Biokovo and its nature park, located on the stunning Makarska Riviera. It is situated in a wonderful, quiet and natural environment with pine trees and olive fields. The villa is well-equipped, spacious, functional and ideal for a lovely family vacation.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and premium furnishing. On one of the two terraces (50 m2 and 40 m2) on the ground floor you will have access to the beautiful infinity pool (33 m2), from which you have a panoramic view of the town of Makarska, the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar.
A spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. From here you have access to the terrace and the pool. This holiday house has four double-bed bedrooms and four bathrooms (6 m2 each) on the first floor. The holiday house is air conditioned. This modernly equipped villa has natural and peaceful surroundings.
Guests can use the large courtyard of about 500 m2, garage and storage room, and outdoor shower. The house is suitable for charging electric cars.
In the basement you can use the laundry and bathroom (4 m2, shower).
There is a nice pool on the terrace with a spectacular view on Makarska city, the sea and several Dalmatian islands. In the period from November 21 to March 1, the pool is not in use, and there is the possibility of using the jacuzzi for an extra charge.

We (3 couples) stayed here from Jun 6 - 17, 2017. The property is as shown in the pictures and this house is simply stunning. Sitting up high in Veliko Brdo, the views are spectacular. The owner, Tonci was extremely accommodating and arranged a private tour to Mostar, Bosnia which included a wine tasting at Brkic Winery.
Makarska is approximately 40 mins south of Split. There are also many small seaside towns up and down the coast worth exploring.
Book it, you won't regret it.
