Villa Kala is renovated old stone house for 12 people in the historic center of city Makarska which offers to you exclusive holiday accommodation, perfect for family or group of friends. Makarska is situated in the middle of southern Croatia - Dalmatia , beautifull base to explore the all attractions and beauties of Dalmatia.
House is located in the main street of historic center in pedestrian zone, 50 m away from seaside and city's main square. Everything you need is just few steps away from house - fruit and vegetable market, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bakery, beach....
This house contain 2 comfortably furnished apartment for 12 people with all appliances that you need, air conditions, smart TV, Wi-Fi in all house. It contains 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchen, 4 bathrooms and 2 separated toilets. The house has separate entrance from the street in the yard and open terrace with heated pool and BBQ, where you can enjoy your day and night.
For everyone who likes to be active during their holiday, nearby the house you have running & bike paths in beautiful nature by seaside.
In the yard is open terrace of 60 m2 and heated pool of 15m2 , BBQ, sun loungers and small garden with mediterranean herbs and spices that you can use. We provide to our all guests beach towels.
From roof terrace on third floor you can enjoy breathtaking view on beautiful mountain Biokovo and from one of the room you have another breathtaking view on wonderful Adriatic sea.

DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENTS :
FIRST APARTMENT is situated on second floor and occupies 76 m2. Apartment contains two bedrooms for four persons. First bedroom with a large double bed and one sofa bed with an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Second one with a large double bed. Every bedroom has it's own air condition. There is one bathroom with bathtub and drying machine and one toilet. Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking equipment. Dinning room and living room, smart TV, FREE WiFi internet, air condition.
SECOND APARTMENT - is situated in third floor and it is a duplex apartment of 140m2. Apartment contains 4 bedrooms for 8 persons. On the lower floor there is one bedroom with large double bed and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen is with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking equipment. Large dinning room, living room and one toilet, smart TV, FREE WiFi internet, two additonal air conditions.
On the upper floor are second and third bedroom that contains large double beds and fourth bedroom contains two single beds. Every bedroom has it's own air condition. Second bathroom has bathtub with washing machine. There is also roof terrace with sun lounger where you can enjoy taking sun and breathtaking view on mountain Biokovo.
