The location although being up a very steep hill was incredible. The views from the apartment are really beautiful and the sunsets from the terrace every night were outstanding. The pool was also clean and a good thing to have in the hot weather. We asked for groceries to be delivered for us when we first arrived late and night and we were happily provided with this. Diana stayed up late to check us in which was appreciated!
Unfortunately the buildings have not been maintained, this could be such a fabulous accommodation but there are areas that need significant work. The beds are very uncomfortable, we were only provided with sheets on the bed and a few blankets, the bed sheets were very worn and some were bobbly or had holes in. The towels were tiny and in bad condition, we had to ask for extra. There weren’t enough wine glasses for the family, nor bowls. The shutter on the main terrace was broken and we were told someone was coming to fix it but unfortunately it was not fixed for the entire stay, this could have been dangerous as it just fell down if the cord wasn’t tied. The lights in the pool were broken and there were no outdoor lights to the property at the rear, going up the steps was dangerous without a torch on an evening. The rear building has no shutters on the windows, only thin curtains so the people in these rooms were awakened very early with the sunlight. One of the doors of the rear building didn’t lock from the inside when the occupants were inside. There were broken chairs on the terrace and some of the sun loungers are broken.
