Villa Sima

All equipments are new and all facility is clean. You have everything what you would need. I fully recommend the place and hopefully we will visit again.

It's placed close to city center, beach, shops and restaurants. Very nice villa, nice pool. All was great

We had a great time in this villa. It is very good equipped, everything is new and undamaged. Absoluteley the best is the pool - it is 1,5m deep, it is heated with great temperature - realy perfect. Also neighborhood are quite far, so if you have "loud" children, it wil be perfect for you :-). The villa is perfectly reachable by car with big parking place (easily for 3 cars) - not standard/common in Croatia, so +1 point from me.

The villa is far from the beach and on quite big hill - without car you can't go anywhere, so calc with that. The sea view is disturbed by high voltage electric pole, so don't expect too much. I must say, that the photograph who did pictures for booking.com did excelent job not to show it on a single picture :-). And the last, but for us the most disturbing thing: There are no insect nets on windows and on the ground floor there is also no sun shading on windows. During our stay there were realy very big number of mosquitos, ants and all kind of bugs there and it was impossible to let windows open in the eavning and during the night.
