It is center of everything, restaurants bars and near to the beach
The need to fix a bathroom tile inside the shower and change the bathroom curtain.

The unit is very clean and the location is great!
Parking is not provided making is very inconvenient. No instructions are provided for daily city parking (call 954.921.3535 - $20 US per 24 hours). Alternatively, it’s close to $40 US/day at meters. Shower valve is defective and must be replaced, as there’s less than 1/32” between lukewarm and scalding. Renovations are nice, yet a professional and complete renovation could have made it excellent (level the floor, new trims, cover stucco walls, etc). Because of that, I would not emphasis or title the add as ‘Renovated’.
