Location, location and location. Included parking which is important for me. Nice clean rooms. Fast response to any queries.

A little more information upon arrival. As a suggestion, maybe an information sheet can be placed in the room with all pertinent information, e.g. Wi-Fi password, location of beach chairs and where to dispose of garbage bags.

The second apartment was very nice and comfortable. We could have stayed longer than a week there. The apartment was well equipped they had beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The bed was comfortable. The location was a very short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars.

The first night, we were in an apartment that had a malfunctioning AC unit in the bedroom. It would start and stop all night, so it didn't keep the room cool, and it kept waking us up all night. My husband is military, and we came on an emergency flight because his mom was in the hospital. We had just arrived on an overnight flight from Europe, so this was very upsetting. Thankfully, they moved us the next day. The second apartment was a lot nicer than the first. The first apartment had a rusty lock, and the lock did not feel secure.
