Modern Loft wQueen Loft Steps to Beach

I loved the area and the property but somethings needs improvement for example the silicone around the bath and sink in the bathroom needs replacing. The sofa needs new cushions as they sink in the middle making it very uncomfortable and the carpets could do with a shampoo or replacement. Also the furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. This is my second stay at this apartment and when we first came I would have given this property 10/10 but 4 years later its letting itself down a bit. But even after what I say I would still recommend to others. It's a lovely area with lovely people

I wasn't please with the level of cleanliness the silicone around the bathroom sink and bath needs renewing as it is molding. The ceiling lights have brown spots from dried up condensation, the bed was broken but once we called and reported it they did respond quickly and resolved that problem quickly. The sofa cushions and throw needs replacing as the sofa sank in the middle and the trow even after being washed by the maid service staff (who by the way are brilliant) still looked dirty and grubby.

Great location, amazingly kept unit, very comfortable couch and bed

Unit has parking pass, but there was no street parking available. Bath water was tepid.
