As of parking, Hollywood Beach is PRIME real estate and as a result there isn`t a lot of parking available and therefore it is not included in the price. However, we have included a QR code in our welcome package that you will need to scan in order for you get a parking pass, the cost of it is $21 daily. With this parking pass, you will be able to park in any PUBLIC parking space along the street or the garage directly beside the building. NOT local resident spaces or any numbered spaces. We will provide our welcome package one week before your check-in date.
There is a 2 person maximum in our apartment.

This was the perfect size and location for my wife and me. It is on a quiet street and in a gated group of properties. Step out of the gate and you see the ocean. The boardwalk is just as they say, steps away. Once there, a left takes you north along the resort part while a right takes you along the restaurant/shop part. The water taxi is literally a couple blocks away.

We had a very relaxing four day stay here. It was especially nice being so close to the beach with the necessary beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas and cooler) provided. This place was conveniently located near the boardwalk with lots of options for restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet and clean with a cute little courtyard to enjoy right outside the front door. Rocky and Hope were very responsive as we had a little technical difficulty with the parking permit. We would definitely stay here again .

We booked this place instead of a resort because resort fees would have been a couple hundred dollars more. We were told 22 a day for parking is what we would have to pay for street parking and we were okay with that. Until we got there and the link they gave kept giving an error message and we ended up having to park in the parking garage all week. It ended up costing us almost 150 MORE than what we were expecting. We did reach out and they could not fix the problem for us but offered to pay any parking tickets we received. We did not want parking tickets on our records and we were also driving a rental and it would have went to the rental company instead which may have caused a lot more trouble in the end so we opted to pay for the garage parking. Another issue we had when we arrive is we could not get into the front gate after typing the code in multiple times. Eventually it did work but then we get to our studio door and our code would not work there. I texted the host and they did not respond for 30 minutes so we were just standing there wondering what to do and worried we may have been scammed. We tried to call and the number went straight to voicemail. We even left a message and did not receive a call back. Finally they texted back and said they forgot to reset the code. So they remotely reset the code for us and it was okay from there on out. We used the other gate located on the other side of the street for the duration of our stay and didn’t have an issue anymore
