Bob has been easy to reach, very accommodating to my wife and I. The flat was clean and a good size for (2) two adults. It was about 100 ft. from the Broadwalk and Hollywood beach. We met multiple neighbors on the first level and they were all very warm and welcoming. Each said Bob was “good people” which speaks volumes of his character.Our only negative comment and it’s not terrible would be to upgrade the pillow top on the Murphy bed. A couple days are cool. We stayed (5) five and by the last day we could feel it.Again everything was lovely and we are thankful to have had the opportunity to rent this little Hollywood hide-a-way.

Perfect getaway spot. Far enough away from the "action" but close enough to walk. Loved the pool and rooftop area. Bob was great with communication for the questions i did have. Would definitely stay at this place again! Bonus was Buddy the flower bed cat. All the permanent residents in the building were very friendly as well!

We had a great stay! Place is just as pictured! Perfect location! But keep parking pass hanging in your window. Ours was in middle console, visible but not hanging and our rental car got towed day 1!! It was a mess! But as long as parking pass is visible you will be fine!

This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but super close, just a block from the beach. From there you can walk to many bars and restaurants . It also comes with a parking spot which is hard to come by. The owner is fantastic. I texted him with a question when we got there and he texted right back with a response. We also had a problem with the coffee maker. I sent him a text and he had one delivered in a couple of hours! The unit has everything you need, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bottle opener, wine opener…there were a few chairs and an umbrella. They looked old. But we brought our own so we didn’t pull them out.We would definitely stay here again!

The studio was perfect for two! It was clean and had everything we needed. Bob, the host was easy to reach when I had a question. The building has a lot of construction going on and the pool was closed. The noise was a bit much on one day only. Being so close to the beach made up for the noise! Overall, we had a great experience and took advantage of the great location.

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we often had use of it to ourselves. The unit is just steps to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. It is such a beautiful area. One of my favorite beaches now. Many restaurants right on the broadwalk. I would love to stay again some time. Robert was excellent to work with and was quick to reapond every time i messaged. We ended up having our flight changed to a a much later time and he was so kind about it and offered a very reasonable solution for us. Thank you for all your kindness, we greatly appreciate it!!!

The studio location, price and accommodations were great! The use of beach chairs and umbrella were also a great extra. Bob was very easy to get a hold of and answered quickly. Free parking space was also highly appreciated. The only disappointment was the fact that the building was under renovation and location was at north end of the broadwalk, so to get to center of the action meant at 10-15 minute walk. But overall the location and price were great and I would recommend this studio. Would love to come back again!

The unit was efficient for what we needed. The door code was sometimes temperamental to lock. The building appears to be getting ready for some renovations, but it was clean, close to the broadwalk and beach and extremely affordable. The owner was accessible when I had questions. I also want to mention that the other people staying in the building were all very friendly and kind. The pool is nice also.

Bob Wilson was easy to deal with. Keyless entry was great. Unit was as advertised. Had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. My husband thought the bed could use a foam mattress pad but I slept fine. The location was fantastic-just steps from the beautiful beach and lots of tiki bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect and very convenient. The property had everything you needed. I did have to do a little extra cleaning but that’s because I’m a clean freak & need things perfect. I rather not see food left from other guests in the fridge & used toiletries in the bathroom so I threw all of that out. The A/C kept going on and off very frequent so that kept me up at night. Overall I would stay again. My daughter enjoyed it as well. Having the pool access was a win win, parking and walking distance of beach. Thank you Bob!

We came down for a show at Hard Rock Casino. Was a nice location, only about 20 minutes from most places and walkable from the beach! About a 10-minute walk or about a 4-minute drive to most restaurants (I'm 5 months pregnant and was a pretty easy walk!) The condo is slightly bigger than pictured & the perfect space for 2!! Could use some slight upgrades (including mattress) but nothing major !

We really enjoyed our time staying here. It is the perfect size for two people and had many accommodations for those traveling light. We were able to use the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc for a comfortable time on the beach. It is also a very short walk to the beach and closely surrounded by things to do and places to eat. We look forward to returning soon.
