Host was very polite and very responsive. I mentioned an issue with the iron and he had relaced it with a new one within 24 hours.
The room I was in can be a little noisy at weekends due to close location to a bar and restaraunt

C’était spacieux et propre. C’était gentil de laisser une bouteille d’eau au frais et quelques sachets de thé à notre arrivée.
Le canapé-lit pour la troisième personne était tellement inconfortable qu’il était impossible de dormir ~ il n’y avait aucun endroit avec un matelas. Beaucoup trop de bosses. Les fenêtres laissaient passer énormément de bruit de la rue (encore difficile pour dormir) On ne savait pas que l’escalier allait être si raide et si compliqué pour monter avec les valises. En plus ma mère a du mal à marcher et c’était extrêmement difficile pour elle. On n’aura pas réservé cet appartement si on avait su.
