Very central to all amenities, supermarket, restaurants and pubs all close by. Easy entry into the building and our apartment was up a few stairs to the lift which took us straight to the apartment door. It was quaint and had everything we needed. There is a lovely view of the port from the balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. We did not do any cooking but it seemed that everything was there that would be needed for cooking up a meal. Fridge freezer and washing machine also in kitchen. Plenty storage in living area for clothes etc We would stay again if we visit Los Cristianos again

Shower tended to run out of hot water if you stayed in too long so just learned to be in and out quickly. My husband seen 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom when he lifted the bath mat but we bought some spray and never seen any more after that!

La posizione eccellente. Pulizia.

Non ci sarebbe nulla da contestare visto la posizione e il prezzo competitivo ma il monolocale ha un arredamento datato, rotto e raffazzonato. La porta del bagno a soffietto fatta di pannelli di plastica era completamente rotta e i pannelli agganciati tra loro con fascette ( quanto costa sostituire una porta a soffietto in spagna, un rene?). Vetro del bagno arrugginito e porta della doccia rotta e sostituita con un tenda improvvisata. Alcuni stipidi che si erano scollati sono stati riattaccati con il nastro adesivo grigio del briko. ( costera' un botto un po' di colla da rimetterli a posto). Per il phon ci hanno chiesto 20 euro per la cauzione da ritirarsi in sede ( non vicina). Poi un phon tutto ammaccato lo abbiamo trovato. Cuscini e tessili di terza mano. Ruggine e sporcizia nelle parte metalliche dei mobili parecchio fatiscenti. Potrebbe essere un monolocale molto piu' curato con una spesa minima ma si vede che chi gestisce ama fascette e nastro adesivo che sinceramente neanche nei posti piu' economici e meno pretenziosi ho trovato. Non ci tornerei piu' per il disinteresse nel locare un appartamento cosi' senza degnarsi di un minimo di manutenzione.
