L’appartement est idéalement situé proche de la mer avec plein de petits restaurants autour. L’arrivée se fait facilement à son rythme
La pression de l’eau est vraiment faible, les escaliers sont très étroits il ne faut pas avoir de trop gros bagages

We had three nights here and loved the apartment. Spacious and super clean. Shout out to the lady who was cleaning!! We arrived at the port and it was an easy 4 minute walk. Left via the port as well so knew exactly where to go. On our first full Day we walked to Costa Adeje and back. The second on day we slept in (very comfy firm bed) we explored the immediate area more. Everything we needed restaurant/bar/supermarket was within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen, probably more so than others we have stayed in. Bathroom was clean and felt new- nothing grimy or cruddy. Great view from the living room. Beach view, and a working harbour view. Considerably quiet consider g how close you are to restaurants. We thought we’d make more use iof the roof terrace but just didn’t need it or have the time. Nice to know it’s there though! Would definitely stay again!
You are in third floor with stair access only. No issue to us, but if mobility is an issue…

Steep narrow staircase was a little awkward with luggage, but this was made clear in the listing
