Ventura Next to the beach

I spent 14 nights here and everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, we had everything we needed. It is exactly as described. We particularly loved the proximity to everything, all within walking distance: 2 minutes from the beach (Los Cristianos and Las Vistas), 10 minutes from the main shopping area in Playa de Los Americas, 15 minutes from a big Mercadona, and all the good restaurants were within walking distance. You even have a nice gym in front of the building. The airport Tenerife South is at 15 km away, which is also good. The owner was very nice and responsive.

We would have appreciated a bottle of water in the fridge as we arrived late and couldn’t buy anything until next morning. But that’s all.

Posizione Pulizia

Posizione centralissima a Los Cristianos e si può raggiungere ogni meta sia a piedi che con la macchina, salvo riuscire a trovare parcheggio. Letto molto comodo e grande divano in soggiorno con TV e WiFi. Cucina completa di accessori (tranne la grattugia) ed ambiente climatizzato (anche se non ci è servito). Nota negativa: manca il balcone ma c'è solo una finestra che dà sulla strada e quindi bisogna spesso tenere accese le luci ma soprattutto, IMPORTANTISSIMO, non è accettabile che la porta del bagno sia composta da uno scorrevole esterno in vetro opacizzato perche viene meno ogni privacy ed è anche problematico sotto il profilo igienico.

Assolutamente la porta del bagno. Si invita la proprietaria a sostituirla con una semplicissima porta di legno dal costo irrisorio perchè quella che c'è è priva di ogni senso logico e l'appartamento perde di qualità.
