About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful house in Loubès-Bernac. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a huge wide screen television and internet access. As well as a bluetooth music system.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7. all with ensuite bathrooms
In the first bedroom, you will find a Super King bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. and a single bed
The third bedroom on the ground floor has its own patio area and contains a double bed.
The kitchen has everything you need, range style cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a table big enough to seat 8
The huge dining room again seats 8 with patio doors out to your Boules court
The stunning pool has almost endless views across the roling French countryside , including vineyards and forests.
Huge patio area and covered terraced for al fresco dining, with a bbq and table again for 8 people
Only 30 minutes from Bergerac and within an easy drive to the medieval market towns of Eymet, Duras as well Issegeac and Monsegur for their wonderful markets.
Bordeaux is just over and hour away and St Emilion is just over 45 minutes.
Chateau Vigiers and its golf course is 10 minutes away along with its Michelin starred restaurant.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
