About this villa rental
At the gates of the Dordogne, located between Bergerac and Marmande 5 kms from the center of the bastide of Eymet, we offer you for a relaxing stay this house with swimming pool and jacuzzi in a quiet area for 8 people
It consists of:
- An open room with a lounge area (with a sofa bed with rapido, a real comfort bed) with game console, flat screen, a dining area for 8 people and a kitchen area equipped with oven, microwave, American fridge and dishwasher.
- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
· BEDROOM 1: 200x200 bed with mirror on the ceiling, flat screen, electric fireplace, dressing room and bathroom area all in a glamorous atmosphere.
· BEDROOM 2: 160 cm bed with solid exotic parquet flooring, dressing room and bathroom area.
· BEDROOM 3: 180 cm bed with solid exotic parquet flooring, dressing room and bathroom area.
- Outside:
- A large 10-seater jacuzzi
· A covered terrace of 90 m² including panoramic bench.
· A front terrace with outdoor table and sun loungers
- A swimming pool
- A gas BBQ
- A brazier with a diameter of 1 meter
- A ping pong table
- Electronic dartboard
- an outdoor panoramic sofa
All in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was as advertised and there is little that could be improved. Three suggestions though;
1. The house is generally very well equipped, but If you are British and like us drink tea, then take a kettle!
2. There are lots of quite complicated electronic devices in the house and although we received detailed verbal instructions in French, it would have been really nice to have brief written instructions perhaps in a folder (and maybe an English translation too)?
3. Although the property does indeed have three beautiful ensuite bathrooms, there is actually only one toilet in the house as none of the bathrooms include one.
Our host Roland was away on holiday himself during our stay, in an area with poor phone signal, but he was helpful and still managed to respond quite quickly to text messages.
Thank you again Roland for an excellent holiday house.
