About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned stone house for rent in Thénac, featuring a swimming pool and jacuzzi. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 79 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 79 m² living area with a TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 1 single bed and an en-suite shower room (with shower)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A 10×5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to mid-October. It is fenced off and covered with a tarpaulin for safety
- A hot tub for 4 people, available from May to mid-October
- A beautiful private garden of 2,000 m² surrounding the house, partially enclosed by a natural hedge
- A 50 m² terrace, facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally situated in Thénac, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint Goy la Grande, approximately 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Bergerac, approximately 15 km away
Other details:
- Bed linen included; towels not included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions

- If you wish to stay with a larger group, we also have the following three properties available: La Mijotière, Le Four and CAPE, situated right next to this one, all of which have a private swimming pool
