Excellent location in a cozy remodeled apartment that has everything one needs to have a great time

Excellent location and very close to the beach. Easy to just pop out for a swim or play on the sand. Short walk to the center for the town. The parking is easy and secure in a private area with controlled entrance. No noise issues. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, even if, this time, we stayed for a few days only. Comfortable queen size bed, dresser, TV in a separate bedroom and a nice sleeper couch that opens to become an even better queen size bed in the living room. The living room includes a dining area with TV and is pretty large, looking out on a enclosed loggia, which is very practical for sitting outside without being completely exposed to the elements. The kitchen opens to the living room, is well thought out and has all necessary appliances and utensils even for longer stays. Large fridge, washing machine, small dishwasher, full-size oven and stovetop, instant-pot, battery of casseroles and pans etc. Nicely remodeled bathroom, on the small side, but with a convenient shower cabin.

Nothing negative stood out. Our experience was exemplary and we would, for sure, stay again when visiting the area.

Séjour détente

Logement très confortable, très bien équipé et très bien situé (en face de la plage, de la Thalasso et près du centre). Nicolas et Natalia ont été disponibles par rapport aux questions et ont rédigé des petits livrets très complets sur le fonctionnement de l'appartement avec en plus des conseils utiles pour les endroits à voir et les restaurants. Leur accueil a été très sympa.

Sehr positiv überrascht!

Eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft mit Wintergarten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad neu. Man kann in Roscoff fast alles zu Fuss machen, Strand und Strandbar in 4 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar.

Aufgrund eines Bildes sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass ein Hallenbad mitgenutzt werden kann. Dies gehört jedoch zum nahegelegenen Hotel und ist kostenpflichtig. Das hat jedoch nicht gestört, da ein Meerwasserbecken draussen auch bei Ebbe genutzt werden kann.

Très bel appartement bien équipé, proche de la mer et à proximité du centre ville. Tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande cette location et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner

Riscoff est une jolie petite ville balnéaire en plein champs. Mer et terre, jardin et plage.

Un peu de difficulté à l'ouverture du portail, pas immédiat. Pile ? Mais jamais bloqué, au bout de plusieurs essais, ça marche. Un détail !

Très bon séjour dans une région superbe

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter le secteur, à proximité du port, des restaurants et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié le parking (car tout est payant à Roscoff), la jolie salle de bains toute neuve, et l'équipement de la cuisine

Nous avons été un peu déçus de ne pas voir la mer. L'appartement est effectivement "face à la plage" mais pas sur la plage. L'immeuble (construction des années 70) n'est pas beau et le mobilier de l'appartement un peu vieillot. La plage qui est vraiment toute proche n'est pas une belle plage...heureusement il y en a plein d'autres paradisiaques à quelques kilomètres (voiture indispensable)
