Easy and comfortable in Brest

Spacious appartment with a lot of facilities. It was ideal for a four nights stay. There were many cafes and restaurants in a walking distance. The elevator is an asset for the property.

I 'd rather prefer a shower cabin instead of a bath tub.

Would highly recommend and use again!

Upon arrival in Brest our flight was delayed. This put us outside of the window meeting with Yann to collect the apartment keys late in the evening. Where for many people this would have been an issue, but Yann was very accommodating, understanding, and professional. He took the time to explain the apartment and local area to us, and all in all the apartment is stylish, comfortable and located in a prime spot. When exiting the apartment Yann was unable to be there, however the protocol in place to deposit the keys was simple, with the security deposit being returned quickly the next day. Would highly recommend and use again!

Le confort, la literie, la clarté de l'appartement, l'équipement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les couvertures d'appoint dans chaque pièce, étant donné que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas encore.

Une cabine de douche serait bien préférable à une baignoire inconfortable et difficile d'accès.

Poder disponer de plaza para el coche y tener contraventanas.

Ascensor diminuto ,sillas del salón que se despegaban al sentarse,sofá incómodo,azucarillos sin envolver ni tapar en un mueble de la cocina,etc. En las fotos se ve bonito pero es imposible saber que hay muebles tan incómodos.

Un lieu parfait pour se poser !

L'appartement est très lumineux et décoré avec goût sans excès d'objets ou de bibelots.

Centre ville donc plus compliqué de laisser une fenêtre ouverte la nuit même si la rue n'est pas extrêmement bruyante mais on ne peut pas tout avoir 😉

Très bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfait, l'emplacement ,la vue ,le confort... Notre hôte nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Toujours disponible ,Yahnn répond rapidement à nos demandes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir .

Superbe appartement dans l’hypercentre brestois

Excellent accueil de Yann ! Très bel appartement spacieux, étage élevé avec ascenseur, disposant d’une place de parking dans cour privée ! Un must dans l’hyper centre brestois ! À seulement 5 min à pieds de la fac de médecine ! Décoration soignée et souci du détail, très bien équipé, très propre ! Un vrai bonheur !

Magnifique séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel

Magnifique appartement au calme. Très bien équipé et décoré. Les hôtes sont exceptionnels, avenants et disponibles. Situation idéale au centre de Brest. On peut tout faire en bus ou à pied. Le parking de la résidence est aussi un plus. Je recommande vivement.

El departamento es amplio y luminoso, totalmente equipado y goza de una excelente ubicación para visitar los sitios de interés. El salón principal tiene vistas panorámicas muy agradables desde el salón y la cocina.

Los cojines para utilizar como almohadas son un poco incómodos.
