Alloggio perfetto, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Comodo parcheggio in strada proprio sotto casa, in una via tranquilla e sicura. Ambienti spaziosi e piacevoli,bagno grande con lavatrice. Consigliatissimo.
Scale un po' ripide e poca insonorizzazione con gli alloggi vicini.

Le calme de la rue Gestin. La facilité pour se garer. La proximité des commerces de quartier et d'une zone commerciale. Le descriptif de l'appartement correspond à la réalité. Les voisins discrets. Beaucoup de promenades faciles (jardin des explorateurs, Château-musée de Brest, port de plaisance "Recouvrance", la route de la corniche avec un couloir piéton qui nous mène à une belle plage). En voiture, Pointe Saint-Matthieu et le Conquet. Les jeudis du port. L'esprit Brestois.

appartement clair et propre
bruit de la serrure de la porte d'entrée et des autres appartements perturbant le sommeil, lit moyennement confortable, pas de serviettes de toilette, juste un drap de bain, un seule torchon en cuisine, pas de pelle à ordure, pas de lampe de chevet dans la chambre, il fallait se relever pour éteindre le plafonnier car pas de va et vient à la tête du lit
