Pas d insonorisation entre les 2 studios , J ai entendu le voisin ronfle toute la nuit comme s il dormait à côté de moi . Impossible de dormir . Le mitigeur cassé dans la douche et réparé partiellement avec un sac plastique?Drap du lit avec des traces de vaseline soit tache propre soit mal lavé . 40 euros de ménage beaucoup trop cher car présence de tache qui sol et cheveux dans salle de bain

2 semaines agréables, mais durant ces 2 semaines dans ce même studio, j'ai payé à la réservation 41 euros de ménage pour chaque semaine soit 82 euros et le ménage n'a été fait qu'à mon départ !!!!

Malgré l'interdiction de fumer, les escaliers et la salle de bain étaient embaumés, dérangeant. L'utilisation du sèche-linge rendait les marches d'escalier moites, on pouvait glisser. Durant 15 jours, le ménage n'a été fait qu'1 fois, à mon départ !!!!

Ovo je primjer kako možete biti prevareni na Bookingu. Nisam imala vremena pretjerano proučavati recenzije. Objekt je imao ukupnu ocjenu preko 8.4 te ga je Booking naglasio kao preporuku. Rezervirala sam smještaj za 5 dana uz plaćanje odmah bez povratka novca. Stigla sam u smještaj navečer umorna. Na slikama je sve izgledalo lijepo, kao i u recenzijama ostalih gostiju. Čim sam ušla uputila sam se prema krevetu radujući se da ću se uskoro stići odmoriti. Međutim, totalno razočarenje. Posteljina nije bila čvrsto zategnuta, povirila sam ispod lancuna te zatekla mrlje na prekrivačima madraca kao i na madracu, te dlake prethodnih gostiju. Ovakvo stanje je ukazivalo na neadekvatno održavanje kreveta. Malo sam povirila između zida i kreveta. Bilo je jako puno nataložene prašine od tko zna kada. Obavijestila sam odmah domaćina o zatečenom stanju. Nije pokazao interes da mi na neki način pokuša pomoći. U takvom krevetu nisam mogla spavati. Odmah sam pronašla drugi smještaj koji je bio dobar, ali usprkos traženju, za ovaj smještaj nisam dobila povrat uplaćenih sredstava. Osjećam se jako prevareno od domaćina, ali i od Bookinga koji mi je istaknuo ovaj smještaj. Dakle, ovo je promašaj sam plaforme. Osnovna usluga, čisti krevet, nije pružena. Nije mi jasno zašto se domaćin ne potrudi osigurati čist krevet. Također, i dvosjed je bio pun fleka.

Télévision située juste au dessus de la table à manger aurait pu être face au lit mais le bloc cuisine gène. Et le chauffage plus vers le lit mais la propriétaire a fait de son mieux

Bah les draps enfin y avait pas assez de pense pas qu’avait pas assez mais et les serviettes c’était pas grands et le lit il était pas grand non plus à part ça c’était nickel.

Difficulté de se garer devant la location. Difficulte pour communiquer avec l hote. Revoir les volets difficiles à fermer et une des fenetre est abimee, pas facile à ouvrir. Mettre une etagere pour poser nos affaires dans la salle de bain

Le calme, le confort du logement m’a permis de passer un excellent séjour !

Le côté bienveillant et disponible de la gérante du logement m’ayant permis d’accéder au studio un peu plus tôt que mon horaire initialement prévu. L’accessibilité facile au logement, sa situation géographique proche de la faculté de médecine, la propreté du logement et bien équipé, literie confortable et accessoires à disposition, la terrasse très agréable et le calme qui permet de se travailler et se reposer correctement.
