Fantastic amenities and service but location not ideal for us.

we really enjoyed the friendly owners who were so very helpful. Also, the property is updated and very well done. We loved having morning coffee, prepared as well as ice and a water station. While we did not use the hot tub, we did go up to the upper deck twice. The item such as bath towels are up excellent quality as are the bath products. The AC was fantastic as was the room service.

we were not crazy about the location of the property. It is too far away from everything you wanted to get to. It took us 45 minutes of walking whenever we wanted to go to the center. Also, there were only a couple of restaurants nearby. Lastly, we had dogs barking at night and neighbor noise if you kept the window open.

A home away from home!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walk or taxi to the center of towns, restaurants, cafes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the keyless code entry to the place and to your room. 24/7 free water and coffee available to you. It really felt like home there!

The pillows weren’t as comfortable (but that’s just to my liking), there was a little bit of street noise (this did not bother me). Otherwise a great stay!

Gorgeous, relaxing, perfect holiday!

I loved staying here. The property is super clean, comfortable, very well looked after & I really appreciated the jacuzzi, rooftop kitchen & endless free tea / coffee / water. Highlight was the staff who were so generous and helpful - we forgot something and helpfully they are keeping it safe for us to come back for. They had great tips of what to do. The location is amazing! Great bakery just next door & a 5-10 minute walk from main hot spots.

Lovely boutique hotel

This was a lovely boutique hotel. The staff is so thoughtful and courteous. There is also rooftop access, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The property is very clean. It's walking distance from central Oaxaca city, but it's far enough from the craziness that you can enjoy a quite night's sleep.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for 3 nights during our trip through Mexico. The place is very nice! The host is super responsive, welcoming and always happy to help. Rooms are very clean and equipped with the essentials you need. On the rooftop you find a fully equipped kitchen aswell as nice sun beds for a relaxed afternoon in the sun. The area is quiet, but still offers various shops and restaurants nearby. You could walk to the city center, however, we rented a scooter to get around more easily. Would definitely come back here! Highly recommended.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Mexico.stay here it’s perfect!

Everything. Honestly amazing staff that go above and beyond for you. They even checked for me at the airport for a jacket I left behind by accident. There’s always coffee and water. The rooftop is beautiful they even have some weights for working out. I loved the neighborhood many great eats and cafes nearby. They gave restaurant suggestions which exceeded my expectations. I loved this property and would stay here again. I’ve seen reviews complaining about noise but it’s very quiet there. Especially considering it’s Mexico. Mexico is not typically quiet. I had great sleeps here. The location was awesome very walkable to everything and I will return when I’m in Oaxaca again. They have everything you need. Tiny mini fridge in room and larger one to keep food in on second floor. Stocked kitchen on the rooftop to prepare food if you wish. Beautiful views. Just an amazing stay overall

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and spacious with everything we needed. Loved having a coffee machine in the room! Bed was very comfy too! Located in a nice area with plenty of nearby amenities - the walk into the historic centre is lovely.

It is not a four star hotel by any means. It is simple, clean, but pretty basic. Super small bathroom too; I'd lay my head on the wall in front of me while sitting at the toilet. Furniture alright. I'd give it three star tops.

Nice rooms with very friendly staff

Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful staff, really these people are very nice! Entering both the apartment building and room goes with code (so no chances of losing a key). The second floor has a jacuzi and small terrace overlooking the city and mountains (nice for late afternoon chills). Would defenitely come back here
