Excellent stay and close to everything

Comfortable and cosy and close to the pool and pub. Kids loved the pool and the Sunday roast in the pub was amazing. We all had a fab time and it’s close to Newquay airport.

Just be careful with clothes/valuables when going to the leisure pool as there are no lockers in the changing rooms. My daughter’s Nike shorts were taken by someone. I had left them on the bench in the changing room with all her other clothes and shoes (as did everyone else). It was a shock to come out the pool and the shorts were gone!

An abssolute gem of a place

Very cosy place to stay for a family of 3. Easy to find. Place was perfect location for us to visit places in Newquay. Host is very good in communicating with us about the property.

2 things that are a challenge for the property: locking the door and information on how to turn the heated towel rail. I assume and hope in summer there is an airer available to dry swimwear.

Great place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything that was needed. Beds were very comfortable. Great location just off A30 so easy to travel further afield. Pub on site and leisure centre.

Family friendly, comfortable and cosy!

The home was perfectly located within the holiday park. We were a stones throw away from the pub, outdoor pool, playgrounds and leisure facilities, which included a cafe, indoor pool, and soft play area. In the dry weather, the outside space was ideal for relaxing while the kids played. The little personal touches to the holiday home made all the difference, and made this a perfect base for our trip.

Cosy flat!

A very cosy flat with everything we need! The instructions to get there and use the amenities were really good! Even though it’s in a family park, it was very calm and you can relax ! If you have a car, then you have easy access to many other places in Cornwall!

We definitely like to coming back on our next holiday in Newquay

The house was impeccably clean and felt wonderfully fresh, almost like it had just been renovated. The bathroom was modern and beautifully designed, and the electric fireplace in the living room added a fantastic, cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the stay included access to resort amenities like a pool, gym, and an indoor soft play area for kids (plus an outside playground) — all at no extra cost. It’s a perfect place for couples and families alike. Highly recommended!

Fab holiday home!

We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our time at the Atlantic Reach Resort and also exploring nearby Newquay and the Eden Project. I would also highly recommend the food at the cafe on site and the pub (think it was called the Manor Arms) was delicious and reasonably priced for a family of 4. There is a great play park for the kids and an outdoor pool. The pub also had a live band playing during the summer months. The holiday home itself was excellent and had all you need for a relaxing break. The hosts were also great and communicated everything we needed to know promptly.

A slice of paradise away from home!

Peaceful location, gorgeous little home and such inviting hosts! From the second we booked we were provided with anything & everything we needed to know, given options for our little ones sleeping arrangements (anyone with a little one knows how important this is!) and our hosts were only ever a text message away for anything throughout our stay. Lovely people, lovely home, gorgeous location- it really made our holiday.

The accommodation was amazing. Very beautiful and very equipped with everything you could ever need. Nice touches like hot water bottles and dressing gowns. We loved staying in this holiday home and would definitely come back

Nothing really to complain about. Being out of season. The site was very quiet but this was actually quite nice. We live in Cornwall and it was lovely to enjoy our time without the crowds. The actual campsite was a little run down and dated.

Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Bar staff were lovely, we didn't have time for food but from what I heard from other guests, it sounded amazing. Would love to come back again. The house was clean, warm and had everything we needed.

Perfect mini break

Second time staying at the property. We love the distance from the leisure complex, literally one minutes walk. And there’s a great kids playground super close too. Very clean, and comfy beds! Thanks for another great stay. Literally a home from home!

Pub wasn’t open until the evening but it is out of season and very quiet. We bought enough food and drink and chilled after we went for a swim and a quick play in the playground before it got too cold 😊 There is a Co op 3 mins drive away if you forget essentials.

Great break away

Perfect for a long weekend away. We brought enough food with as as we called the site ahead and was advised the pub was only open on Sundays in winter season. Pool and gym on site, all very clean and great for little ones. Also a playground, and all within walking distance. Great hosts, very welcoming, thank you 😊

Just to advise, there is no heating upstairs. There is underfloor heating downstairs. We were informed of this before we arrived (the temp had just dropped the weekend we stayed) so we packed some hot water bottles and used the electric heaters provided and it was fine, no issue for us.

The site could do with a convenience store as it's a bit of a trek to get milk, sugar etc, I know there was a shop of sorts in the leisure centre but was no good for what we needed. That really is the only down side if you can call it that.

Excellent spotless property with all the amenities you could wish for, quiet good location.

The house was excellent very clean, and modern with everything you could wish for the owners had gone above and beyond to make sure you could turn up and get straight on with your holiday. Tea, coffee, condiments, cleaning materials, toiletries all you could possibly need. Great cooking facilities and crockery. Owners communicated quickly and house manual explained everything about the property key collection easy and straight forward. Excellent value for money location excellent for exploring whole of Cornwall in a car. Newquay is a 5 minute drive with large supermarkets on way in, and everything you could need is available here pubs, beaches, shops and nightlife.

We had a fantastic week only thing to note is being a small site the activities and nightlife are limited compared to larger resorts, we did not have an issue with this as we used the property as a base to travel around Cornwall. Live music twice weekly and on-site pub which was great but the opening hours were limited to evenings and closed on a Monday. Gym, pool with coffee shop and friendly staff, but if you are looking for an all singing dancing site with entertainment for kids, clubs etc you will not get it here, but if you want a base for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer couldn’t fault the property. I was sceptical due to the reviews of the site but it was fine, we don’t go on holiday to eat on site and stay around the complex, but if you do book a larger resort with more facilities.

Liebevolle eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist. Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Kleines Manko: Man kann leider nicht spontan zum Indoor-Pool, man muss nach der Registrierung auch noch einen bestimmten Zeitraum im Voraus buchen.

Mooi appartement op eeen behoorlijke afstand van Newquay

Het appartement was keurig. Netjes en leuk ingerichtt. Contact met host ging snel en keurig.

Het park en de locatie. Park had een wat treurige aanblik en was aan een opknapbeurt toe. Faciliteiten als een zwembad moest gereserveerd worden en was veelal vol. Afzuiging van de pup maakte veel lawaai. Park was erg ver van Newquay. Daar waar de advertentie doet geloven dat het een appartement bij Newquay is.
