Perfect for families or groups planning a relaxing getaway to Phillip Island, this spacious and pet-friendly holiday home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Step up to the first level and discover a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare, cook, serve, and entertain with ease. The kitchen seamlessly connects to an open-plan dining and lounge area featuring cozy couches, a flat-screen TV, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, and a charming Coonara wood heater – ideal for those crisp Phillip Island evenings.
From the lounge, step out onto the beautiful deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the kids play in the secure backyard.
This Phillip Island accommodation is pet-friendly (by application only, conditions apply), so your four-legged family member can join in the fun. Please note, pets must remain off the furniture and are not permitted in the bedrooms.
The property boasts four bedrooms, three of which are located on the second level. These include two queen beds and a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), making it perfect for families. Also on this level is the main bathroom with a combined bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry for added convenience.
Head up another level to the second lounge area, complete with split system heating and cooling, and unwind with a drink on the north-facing deck. The master bedroom is also located on this level and includes a queen bed and a private ensuite.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a layout ideal for extended families or two small families travelling together.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Excellent location - just a short drive to surf beaches and shops. Nice quiet neighbourhood and we could bring a dog too. Well set up to cook for yourself and enough space for people to have a quiet spot to read while others watch a movie. Thanks.

Love the location as central to everywhere. Only a few kms away from our favourite Surf Beach ‘Smith’s Beach’.
