Timmys at Cowes

Good layout of the house. Lovely backyard, our dog enjoyed the backyard. Nice peaceful quiet area. Outdoor setting was nice. Of a night sitting outside you can hear the waves on the beach.

Unfortunately an hour in after checking everything out, when inspecting the games room, we found the door very hard to open and close. I had a little trouble locking it (as we weren't going to be using it), i got it locked and went to step down the step and fell. Ended up with a beautiful bruise on my leg and it swelling. I think the door needs to be looked at for future stayers. I think the landing needs to be bigger, I didn't have much room to turn around after I locked the door. Clock wasn't going. Mugs (cups) with little chips. No light in the fridge was annoying. We didn't use the oven but upon inspection found it was very grimy and oven door doesn't close properly. Unfortunately there were also alot of cobwebs in the rooms. The TV remote is very, very dirty. There should be some alcohol wipes provided for people to be able to clean with. The bath needs handrails as my partner had trouble getting out of it.

Great location close to town. Big lovely backyard which was perfect for our dog. Comfortable house would definitely stay at this property again

Bed was comfortable, bathrooms are modern, good outdoor area, air conditioner in living area works well, within walking distance to Cowes main street

Carpet in lounge area is due for replacing, price of holiday stay properties during special events
