The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 x queen beds, 1 double bunk and 1 single bunk as well as an additional option of 2 double sofa beds. Secure and spacious backyard, with swing set, perfect for the kids. 2 bathrooms, with upstairs kitchen extending on to the expansive deck for alfresco living with a view of Western Port Bay. Separate laundry, split systems for heating and cooling and instant gas hot water system. NBN connected super fast internet provided.

The perfect children’s bedroom which has a classic single bunk bed, comes with plenty of space for games and activities for the kids. Wardrobes provide additional storage. Connects directly the hallway with easy access to the bathroom/WC as required. Located downstairs.

The dynamic bedroom has a double bunk bed, it can be used for the children or for another adult couple seeking privacy. Wardrobes provide additional storage. Located with ease of access to the bathroom/WC and living room in mind.

Ultra-modern and brand-new kitchen comes with stunning island bench, walk-in pantry, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cutlery, cooking knives, crockery, double basin sink, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge and freezer. Kitchen breaks out onto a beautiful dining area and upstairs balcony/decking that includes a 4 burner BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining any time of the year!

This home was perfectly set up with so much more than we expected. The two separate living spaces, large balconies and comfortable beds and lounges plus a table tennis table, swings and totum tennis provided outdoor activities for the children. George thought of everything including condiments, detergents, tissues, etc and even a complimentary bottle of wine. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt completely at home. Highly recommended, we would definitely come again.
