The house was perfect for our group - bbq, plenty of space & nice layout. Loved the downstairs entertainment area with plenty of games. Lots of parking.

Disliked that the property felt like it was poorly cleaned prior to us arriving - the cabinet doors and walls behind the bin were dirty - clearly previously spilled on. Most places would have basics like salt & pepper but this place had the very bare minimum - utensils, bin bags, soap and a sponge. Also disliked that the pool sticks didn’t have nubs on them. There was a downstairs couch with random chunks missing from it. The tv’s audio also kept randomly dropped out.

The games room is really cool. Has a couch, pool table ( score board for billiards but no balls only pool balls) table tennis table and tv.

It was a great space inside the house. And in a very good location. Loads of room for 10 people and great games room. It seemed to be nicely/recently painted inside.

Dusty!!!! It requires a very big deep clean. Dust everywhere. Doona covers were dirty, didn’t seem they had been washed since the stay before, or they were stained. Chairs to eating area were very old inside the house and out on the balcony, we almost fell thru a few of the chairs outside as they were so old and worn. Brooms were filthy!!!. Oven wasn’t conventional/fan forced. The plates , cups, bowls etc were a mixed bag. Nothing seemed to match or had consistency, so was hard to find things at times. There seemed to be a lot of broken things and trashy stuff around in the cupboards. No wifi was not ideal for 4 teenagers and 4 adults.TV down stairs hard to operate- couldn’t work it. DVDs scratchy.

The rumpus room was a bonus to entertain the kids. We liked how there were multiple areas so ppl could have space if needed. It’s also great that you allow animals to come and stay outside as they’re an extension of our family!

A couple of the beds could have been better & a few more kitchen facilities with maybe a starter pack, but we coped ok! On a whole the property is great for a large group getaway!
