Beautiful Historical house, a truly Gem in Kadikoy. Property is beautiful inside and out. Room was beautifully decorated and clean. Felt like Home away from home. Mattress/pillows were comfortable, bathroom super cute and clean with good water pressure. The honors are super nice, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Communication was on point. Area is safe, walkable to many places such as restaurants, shops and transportation like ferries , buses, metro. You have everything you will need for your stay and more. Tilas house8 has a kitchen, washer and dryer, AC/heater. Highly recommend Tilas House#8 I’d most definitely stay again.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a while. The host (Emre) really makes sure that you have everything you could possibly need during your stay. My room as well as the common areas were stunning and beautifully curated. The area is safe, yet bustling and undoubtedly one of my favourite areas of Istanbul. Getting to the main attractions is also quite easy with the ferry so close by. There’s also plenty to experience in the neighbourhood itself. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to Istanbul.

We stayed 3 nights at Tilas House and are delighted of our journey. We really felt like at home, since we could use the common rooms of the hotel and have a nice chat with the owners.
I highly recommend this place for people who like to rest after a long day of tourism and don’t want to feel like a number in a big building.
