    The hotel is fine with great location behind a train station and in the tourist neighbourhood. Tram and public transport are close by, excellent place for shopping souvenirs as well. With the price, the room is okay with good wifi coverage and has hair dryer. Amenities is basics with enough tissue and towels. There is no water heater in the room but free flow hot water is available downstairs. No elevator as well. But, the staff is friendly and helpful by carrying our bags to and from our room. Overall, it was okay for a short stay hotel for budget travel.

    Value: The price is really value for money if you consider the places with sacrificing some comfort of star-rated hotels. Location: Very close to all the historical places (500-1200 meters), Close to the pier of all water cruises (600meters), close to the Grand Bazar n Spice market. All the transports are very close (300 meters), the airport HAVist bus arrives close to the Sultanamet area (900 meters). Food: all the restaurants are nearby, with some local shops for everyday essentials. Family: You can also stay with family in their family rooms. Downside: only stairs, no lift. No breakfast option in the hotel, but eateries are very close, just at the entrance of the hotel.

    This is my first time in a 1 star hotel, and it blew my expectations. I liked it and I highly recommend it
