    I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lords Eco Inn, Belagavi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the overall ambience was peaceful and welcoming. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Great value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belagavi. Looking forward to staying here again!

    Easy to locate , good stay, clean rooms

    The room was good, but everything else about this stay was extremely disappointing. On arrival, the hotel’s water tanker was blocking the basement parking. We were forced to wait on the road for 45 minutes. Traffic police did not allow us to park nearby due to a no-parking zone, and we had to park far away and walk. The security staff was unresponsive, and even after speaking to reception, no urgency was shown. This was especially frustrating as we had traveled all the way from Bangalore, and my wife was unwell with a severe headache. The basement parking itself is poorly designed, with a very steep slope and sharp turn—difficult and unsafe for many drivers. Room service was another hassle. The extension (222) simply did not work despite multiple attempts. Reception kept asking us to retry instead of resolving the issue. Eventually, we had to go down personally to get two cups of tea, which turned out to be of very poor quality. Breakfast was the worst part of the stay. Despite being confirmed as “complimentary,” there was barely any food available—just a few idlis with minimal chutney and sambar. Guests were standing in long queues with empty plates for 20+ minutes. This is unacceptable. When we requested a refund for the breakfast, the receptionist refused, citing online payment as the reason. Given the overall experience, I refused to pay the full bill for the tea and dinner. The staff followed us insisting on payment, and I eventually paid only half. This hotel seriously lacks basic management, coordination, and customer service. Will never visit again.
