    First called the hotel before booking the room, but after booking found out that even though we book a room which can occupy 3, all need to be mentioned in the booking. So while booking thought Agoda, you generally get asked for the number of people etc etc stuff which was provided, but looks like it did not consider the number of people while booking the room. It said you can add additional occupants later, but it allowed only one kid to be added. So we arrive at the hotel at around 11 PM and the stuff start arguments for about 30 min and finally allocate a room saying they would charge us. On the day before of Checkout when I checked with the reception they said no extra charges. But while checking out they again starting saying I need to pay extra for additional occupancy. Since it is 4:30 AM in the morning and having a train to catch at 5:15 AM I did not wanted argument with them so ended up paying extra. I don’t know if the hotel blame for it or agoda, but as an end customer it was very bad experience. Coming to the stay, looks like they have a pub or a dance floor on the top and they had loud music on Saturday night past mid night. We were in 5th floor and the pub was probably in the 9th or 10floor and it was loud. When I asked the manager he said one night you have to adjust. Second no good restaurant near by to eat. Hotel breakfast is avg, cleanliness is avg. That was our experience. Good luck
