I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially liked the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a great experience.

I did not experience any major issues during my stay. Everything met my expectations, and I was satisfied with the overall experience.

Good property, well maintained and the location is perfect for shopping and walking around at night. There is an electric vehicle charger as well, albeit there is just one gun and it is 30kw. The tariffs are okay.

Some of the staff is pretty rude, one of the managers at the Yaki restaurant inside the property was extremely rude and refused to let us take food inside for my toddler, I had to escalate the issue to the property manager and have it sent to our table. The hotel should do a better job at educating such managers. While checking in one of the receptionists kept my check in on hold to cater to a few customers who had come to visit the club, guest check in should be the priority and not walk in customers.

The front desk was totally non accommodating inspite of giving the request the very first day since i visit Belgaum for medical grounds
