    Really clean hotel with good facilities and a much needed pool after a long flight. Rooms were great and the staff lovely. We used it to get the train to Chetumal the next day and the staff organised the taxi for us to get to the station. Well-located.

    A bit pricey, but if you have a very early AM flight, it's worth it. It's literally 3-4 minute walk to Terminal 3. They have a shuttle service, but won't let you get on unless you book it in advance.

    We travelled with our 5 month old son and 5 year old daughter. Specially receptionist in morning he did good job. Breakfast was great and all staff were very nice. They dropped off at Airport.

    Stayed close to the airport as I arrived in the evening and was taking the train the next morning. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke which was hard to deal with. Cleanliness overall seemed ok minus the shower floor, but it was hard to get past the smell. Like sleeping in an ashtray. I tried calling the desk a few times but no one would pick up. On check out the lady just took my key and said “thats it, bye”. Guess they don’t care to ask how everything was. You pay the price for convenience, just don’t expect much. Hotel is aging and it shows.
