One of the lowest budget hotel that I ever booked. But your stay depends on what you are looking for. Cost is amazing low. But Beach is the public sandy for local residents and had what appears to be the sewage river dumped into it. Tiny swimming people Unbelievably untasty and limited food. But unlike what the other people say about dirtiness, the place was ok. It wasn't dirty. If you looking for a place to sleep only in belek then this isn't that bad as the public beach also have nice park to walk in. Anyway, we booked 3 nights and we left after the first night. But, that is only our choice. We could have lived comfortably in the room. It was ok.

Not friendly service waited 1,5h for check in the rooms are dirty and the shower water hol is full trash. The floor is shaking when U walk in your room . I will never come back here agian

The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and work hard to keep everything going and attend to guests needs. The facilities need some renewing etc. It's propably harder on the staff to keep things running. The best part of our stay was the massage we got from two very professional women from Bali. This was at a competitive price. We were there on a Saturday night and they had music going to around midnight. I suspect that would only be on weekends.

The room was cleaned but not to our standards. The toilet bowl was not clean. They had no slippers. They charge you 2 Euros daily if you use the safety deposit. The hair dryer as soon as it was pulled out of it's holder to use, it started making loud noise and smoke came out of it! Could not plug it out since it was automated to start coming out of the socket. I had to risk getting electrocuted for it to not burn the whole place down!!! in order for it to turn off, I had to put back the burning hair dryer in the socket! The breakfast buffet was awful. They served Sour Milk ! The rice in the rice pudding was not thoroughly cooked! The fruit juice, was some kind of kool aid mix which I wish it tasted like kool- Aid, but it tasted terrible. I had a pleasent experience with the reception, but witnessed a horrible interaction with another younger costumer who had reserved a room. We both were checking in at the same time late at night! He was refused to check in and was told to cancel his reservation. Apparently the Hotel is a family hotel, and the younger gentleman was not aware nor had he been told by his agency or whatever means he had reserved and paid for the room! He was pleading his case that he had no where to go! The Msnager insisted for him to cancel his reservation! He had to pay a 30 Euro penalty which was approximately equivalent to his one night pay!! At 1 am! The hotel was in the middle of nowhere! I felt really bad for the guy but could not be of any help! Being in the hospitality business, I expected a decent courtesy and more of an assistance! Hoping the manager would make an exception for at least the night for the poor fellow! Just thought I should share the bit of information I gathered! Cause I don't think the sites tell you it is a family oriented Hotel and single males are apparently not allowed. We on the other hand , had a quiet pleasant interaction from the staff, and no complaints . Though I would not go back there again.
