We had a really good break with my family. I have asked for a quiet room and rooms next to each other, and our request was accommodated which was greatly appreciated. This is our second stay at this hotel although it was previously known as Alva Donna.
Rooms could be cleaned better. Service at the restaurant was good but tables were not always very clean.

Everything was good
Place was wonderful and food was really delicious activities was great rooms were clean and i want to really told you about ( kadria ) she is coming to clean the room and she was very nice helpful and so kind.

Big variety of food and drinks, polite staff.
Cold every where, at indoor pool, at restorans, at room (the staff brought in an oil cooler for us).
Continuous renovation after the start of a season, the playground was painted in front of the children.
Noise, in the lobby where the room doors are facing, a drunken company sits until 3:30AM and then stay there sleeping on sofas.
Most of the personal speaks Russian but not English.
