Xanadu Resort - High Class All Inclusive

We had an amazing stay at Xanadu Resort and would highly recommend it! The beach is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and housekeeping does an excellent job cleaning the rooms every day. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of choices at the main restaurant as well as several excellent restaurants located near the beach. The quality of the food, desserts, cocktails, and alcoholic drinks was impressive – definitely not the cheap all-inclusive options you often find elsewhere. The entertainment was fantastic, especially for children. There were plenty of activities, shows, and discos for kids every day. At the same time, the resort also caters very well to adults, with dedicated clubs and entertainment options, making it perfect for families and couples alike. What truly made our holiday special was the staff. Every waiter, waitress, and team member was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Overall, Xanadu Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return again, hopefully in September! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

The only area that could be improved is the reception service. Before our arrival, I requested several months in advance that our two rooms (one for my family and one for my mother) be located on the same floor and close to each other. Despite the hotel being only around half full, it was surprisingly difficult to arrange rooms near each other. I also felt that the reception staff were less helpful than the rest of the hotel team. While all other staff members were friendly and eager to assist, the reception experience was not at the same level. Perhaps they deal with a large number of guests every day, but customer service should remain a priority. For our departure day, I requested a late check-out because my baby normally sleeps between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. The standard check-out time was 12:00 pm, so I paid an additional €100 to extend the room until 5:00 pm. While I appreciated having this option, I feel that a little more flexibility for families with young children would have been welcomed. Overall, these were relatively minor issues, and they did not prevent us from having a wonderful holiday. We would still happily return to Xanadu Resort in the future.

I’ve been to Turkey about 10 times and this resort is the best experience I had before . Very nice personal , clean territory , no annoying suggestions to buy something and many other pluses . The only thing that may be updated is AC system in the rooms . Not the best one and hard to control the temperature. Lots of activities for kids and adults . Territory is amazing , I was walking , walking and walking. Food is great , alcohol is great as well ))
