The rooms are very small, the toilet is super small. They dont change bed sheets. The refrigerator is barely working

The hotel's location is very convenient, located close to a metro station with direct bus access to the Şişhane 3 stop. The rooms are noticeably larger than standard hotel rooms in Istanbul. However, a few things to keep in mind: The breakfast buffet is super small with very limited variety, mostly just a cheese section and a few pastries. There is no car parking available.

The room size was decent, and the hotel was quiet at night, making it perfect for a good rest after a day of exploring Istanbul. The location is a major highlight, being very close to Galata Tower and within easy reach of nearby attractions, shops and cafés. The breakfast spread was also great, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Istanbul, especially if you want to stay near Galata Tower.

Staff demanding tips for doing nothing. The ceiling is stained with leaked water. Loud construction noise coming from right next to your room keeps you awake early in the morning. This hotel ruined my experience in Istanbul.
