    I would like to make a complaint about the room conditions. The towels have a very bad smell, and the room mat is ver old. Sometimes, used shampoo is put into another bottle and provided as if it is new. The blanket does not seem to be fresh or properly cleaned. These conditions are not acceptable for a hotel, and I request that this issue be addressed immediately.

    The place is old and definitely needs renovation. Our lift was stuck and the lifts are too small. You would definitely get better hotel with the same price.

    I get there and they claimed my booking was for a different hotel. They said I had to go to their sister hotel which was not as advertised. Dirty. No gym. Would not book with them.
