    Terrible room dark and red and not very clean. No safe. No view only construction sheet at my window. Old. Dates room. Super small no space to walk or place suitcase. Not the same as the pictures shown when I booked it. I left the same night. Checked into another close by hotel. Wasted my entire 3 nights paid upfront I would ideally love a refund for at least 1 of the 3 nights as a good gesture. I had to pay for whole new hotel for 3 nights. Sad experience. When I went the next day to have my paid for breakfast as I still had the room they refused to let me have the breakfast. Said you left us so now you’re not a guest anymore. You have to pay €20 now to have the breakfast. Wow.

    Good hotel in central anywhere you want to go it’s just 10 e.g Taksim or Grandbazar and Hagia Sophia Mosque I recommend everyone to visit the hotel

    Our stay was the worse experience. I dont recomend this hotel. The *** was very rude to us and her manager was defending her without solving the situation. Additionally, she was guidingvus to wrong roads and metro deops when we asked her. However all men staff were very cooperative. No internet connection however we complained about this alot. The breakfast was average The room is very small and not clean The room was very noisy because of a club under
