This hotel is beautiful! Clean, staff was nice and the location was perfect! They also had a DJ playing music at the pool! Will definitely book with them again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location was great, clean rooms, rooftop bar was a real treat, clean bathroom & comfortable beds. The front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly, as well as the valet attendant, Terrell, who made my and my family’s stay even more fun. Terrell recommended some great places to go during our visit & was just an all around joy. We enjoyed the live DJ in the pool area from 2-4pm, the pool was small but we managed. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning here my next visit! Every hotel staff my family and I ran into had a positive attitude & super strong customer service skills! These are professionals and they won me over! Job well done Memphis Team!!!
