    I learned when I arrived that my room's Air Conditioning wasn't working... then read Google Reviews and saw this had been a common problem for much further back. And also had to wait in line behind a guest who was also complaining about the lack of AC.

    Taking in consideration price and location, this hotel is a great deal and the staff is nice and polite. The only con would be the breakfast really light and limited. But again for that price it’s fair. I recommend!

    This would be a fine basic hotel if not of the noisy HVAC kicking on every 30 minutes even after I turn it off and turned the setting way down. The cleaning staff do a good job but there are maintenance issues like peeling paint in the bathroom and holes in the wall near the sink. Also the block it’s located on is a little rough- the hotel is one of the better kept properties in the immediate area.
