We stayed in a suite that was roomy and very clean. The staff helped us with several questions and were very kind.

Overall my stay was good, location was nice walk to the main downtown area, hotel and room was very clean, breakfast wasn’t bad. Didn’t appreciate the price of $40 per day for parking, luckily we found street parking. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast staff Shonda was amazing. She and others kept the dining area clean. Everyday the breakfast was different. Guest kept coming and food was being replenished as fast as they could.
Kudos to all the 🍽 dining staff.
Front desk staff was awesome, they were very professional, I arrived 6hrs before check in time, they store my luggage until there was an available room.
The room I was in was not big but clean. There was always clean towels and bedding. Housekeeping staff check if you needed anything and made us feel well cared for. Because it's a small hotel the ice machine is located on the odd floors 5,7,9 etc
It's New York so expect noise all the time because the city really never sleeps. This has nothing to do with the 🏨 hotel
The only problem was the smoking spot directly to the left by front of the building. If you need to take a break or people watch. That is not the spot to sit...Overall it was a great stay
